Conditional needed for ads

I've trashed my last thread as it didn't get any replies - I'm going to try again with different wording.

I need a conditional (or other solution) so I can hide adverts in specific styles or specific forums.

Adsense does not allow ads to be served on pages with adult content and I have 2 forums on my site that are NSFW. If Google see them they'll disable the ads (happened before)

I cannot even find the advert templates - and boxes don't seem to parse javascript

Any ideas?

I'm currently using 3.0.11 pl 1 - I don't intend to upgrade to 3.1 yet as that will force me to pay immediately when it goes on general release. I need to budget for that

Also, I'm trying to put an adsense block into the sidebar - which doesn't give me that option.

The only forum specific option is inside a topic, and I need to have similar functionality elsewhere.

My idea therefore is to assign a style to the pertinent forums and use a conditional to exclude it from that style.

I realised they weren't officially supported, which is why I was looking for a conditional rather than something official. I was hoping there was a workaround.

Or alternatively - can you tell me what templates are used for adverts and I can blank them in the selected style?

Got it! I meant right but said left for some reason

Created a new child template called "ad free" and added that to a couple of styles.
