Missing phrase

Looks like there's a missing text for a phrase in the moderating comments area

Just to add. I have noticed earlier sometimes the text phrase shows up for it, then other times it doesn't

I'm on shared and only using the default File Cache

But noticed a little earlier moderating a test comment, the text phrase sudden showed up for it. Then tested again and it didn't

No, there is no mods installed. It's a clean install of RC4 since yesterday with nothing else installed extra.

The only thing I can think, During the install process I opted to only install the English language and not the German one.

I added the comments Box on the Dashboard page and allowed guest posts moderated. When you clock the triangle to moderate a guest comment that is when it shows the language text missing for that language variable. But earlier I tested a guest comment made myself and sure it showed (that one time) a text for the varable - but then tested it again and it didn't do.

Add the comments box on the dashboard page and allow guest posts in it. Then test making guests posts and log in and click the triangle to moderate them and look at the language variable in the moderation area
