Want to add a border on the Header Menu, need help.

I want to add a left and right border on my HeaderMenu. I was curious about how I could do it.

I want to the left of Forum and to the right of Articles to have a border like I did on my "Profile, Notifications, Moderation, Conversations, and Search"
