5.1 Cover Photo Block Error?

Hello WoltLab,

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not, but wanted to show what I got. If I go to block a cover photo image on a member, I get a error page (see screen shots). Once I get this error page, I cannot go back and edit the user name again, because I get the same error page. The only way I was able to get back to edit the user, was to delete the cover photo image. Then if I do a refresh on the error page, I'm back in the account control panel to edit the user again, and then I took the check mark out of the block cover photo and I was okay. Every time I go to block that cover photo, I get that error page?
