Their .png emoji are free, the .svg emoji start at $99. .png images do not resize as well as .svg images.

For anyone that wants to create new smilies for adding from that download.
1. Open up any of the SVG files with a text editor (such as Notepad ++) and find viewBox= at the top and add width and height before it width="46" height="46" viewBox= and open the SVG in Internet Explorer (which supports showing SVG images) and you can right-click the smiley and save it as PNG image format at 46px (and 23px), just change 46 to 23
