I have reported this during beta phase. I am frequently seeing 2 " loading " icons, the " rotating circle "
OS : 16.04 Ubuntu
Browser : Chromium 55

Could you give us more information? Which software version are you running, are you using a custom style, which packages have been installed on your system?

I am pretty sure Alexander Ebert or Matthias Schmidt ditched this issue long time ago even before the public beta started...I can remember the bug within the beta.woltlab.com installation, but I'm pretty sure it has been fixed after a few days...

Use Jing and create a video.
I have not seen it so far.
Maybe this will help them to reproduce it

What exactly do you mean with "dual loading icons"? I can only imagine this to be occurring while adding/editing a post, as it uses a separate loading indicator in the message area? If not, please specify where do you see the secondary loading icon.

Okay, I will take a look into the code and see if I can figure it out this way. Thanks for letting us know.
Edit: Easier than I've expected, found the offending part rather quickly
