li#userMenu colour change for WBB 5.0

I have done some styling for my forum. Mainly with colour scheme. I have almost completed the work. Just one element li#userMenu is still a darker shade of blue. Which is, the user avatar, notification bell, conversation bubble etc hover. Can someone help me with the CSS to change it ? Thanks.
