Copy Pasted Image Become PNG

Whenever I copy paste images, the uploaded images become pasted-from-clipboard.png
the problem is the extension of image, it's PNG, although the original file is JPG. The size become huge / bigger than original. I think it should retain the same file tipe.

You're not pasting the actual JPG but instead the data that resembles an image, that is the raw image data. Neither matters the original file type at this point, nor is it consistently exposed to the browser, I can't even reliably determine what type the original image was.

That said, the pasted images are stored as PNG because it provides the best cross-browser experience and I can always submit a PNG to the server and be sure that everything is compiled properly.
