Top bar menu disappear

This is fully intended to provide the maximum visible space for typing and editor toolbar usage.

Edit: I have added a short animation to make it more clear that it disappears on editor focus.

It's using a transition which is an animation between two states, so your browser must have blown this one. Maybe it had a hiccup or something, but it should always be smooth.
