Question and Answers for Captcha not working

Using Questions and Answers for captcha method doesn't appear to be working - at least not testing it then with leaving "Page Comments". Each time you enter a name and answer the question as a guest for comment left it just resets Q/A and doesn't submit the comment

I have not tested it with others areas such as "Search and Registration". But can see it isn't working with Page Comments.

Looking now it appears there isn't actually a setting to use Q/A with Page Comments. That might explain why it doesn't work with it.

Just to confirm testing this problem also happens when Google ReCaptcha is used as well. Comments block used on a page created won't submit even when you answer the captcha images correctly
