Cursor move by itself when typing

    Sometimes the cursor move by itself to random place when typing.

    Using Android smartphone, Chrome browser.

    I have noticed that. I need use down arrow to get out quote box and then when typing anything the cursor seems to jump back inside quote typing what you say. And does it pretty much every-time as well with quotes

    I can not quote from smartphone, it's returning error page & i can not post via smartphone, there's nothing happen when pressing submit button,
    There's another problem, after hitting backspace, the cursor start jumping then producing some weird word, it's like autocorrection, but with weird word. FYI: autocorrection in my smartphone is off.

    Now, i am posting via laptop.
