No alerts on browser tab

I talked about this somewhere in this forum. But for the sake of reporting bugs, starting a new topic here. In Firefox, I cannot see any alerts/indicators for forum notifications on browser tabs.

I am now getting alerts on tab for Firefox on PC. Will try to check on mobile.

No alerts on browser tab
