Creating Paid Plugins

So, let's say I've spent a good chunk of time familiarizing myself with the plugin system and I've created a couple of good plugins that I wanted to put in the plugin store for a small fee. Where would I find more information on what this entails, such as any government red tape, or requirements from WoltLab in general?

Thanks! The plugins themselves are ready; just a final small round of testing and then to get them through the approval process.
