I have been trying to rebuild attachments and it keeps hanging at 59%. What could be going on, how do I get past this?

Are you using GD or imagemagick

Imagemagik.
-
You don't half keep having some problems. Get a proper host
-
Anything logged?
-
I use imagemagik right from start on my forum, I have rebuilt attachments a few times even with Gallery and FileBase used. Never had any issue doing it, and I'm on shared hosting. So this must be a server related problem I'm thinking. Didn't you also have problem trying to update some other counters as well as this run.
Sounds like something to do with your server
-
this happens sometimes if a image is corrupted and only because you never had this problem it doesn't mean that its hosting related...

OK, didn't know that could happen
-
Might be that an image got corrupted when he moved server recently then.

How do you find a corrupt image?
-
I'm offering you some possible advise as to what the problem might be, Paul.
You just moved server didn't you, maybe an image got corrupted when you moved files across. It can happen and especially with attachments if uploaded to new server using wrong FTP method.
-
ok, so one step after an other:
do you get no error at all ?
check your server logs, as it may be logged there.
maybe check you browser console while updating to see the result of the last call: rc1 - rebuild data - attachments - undefined errorsry, it's not so easy to finde out as this is something very rare

None in my logs and the only error I'm seeing in my browser is Error in parsing value for 'background-image'. Declaration dropped. which I see on every WBB site that I visit.
-
the only error I'm seeing in my browser is
you are looking at the console tab, not the network tab while running the rebuilt job.
looking to the network tab will show you every request done by the wbb, and the last one should give you informations about the problem... -
Ok, using Chrome now instead of Firefox I see this:
Quote{"code":503,"message":"class name cannot be empty.","returnValues":[],"stacktrace":"#0 \/home\/adminhub\/public_html\/wcf\/lib\/acp\/action\/WorkerProxyAction.class.php(56): wcf\\acp\\action\\WorkerProxyAction->validate()<br \/>\n#1 \/home\/adminhub\/public_html\/wcf\/lib\/action\/AbstractAction.class.php(48): wcf\\acp\\action\\WorkerProxyAction->readParameters()<br \/>\n#2 \/home\/adminhub\/public_html\/wcf\/lib\/action\/AJAXInvokeAction.class.php(63): wcf\\action\\AbstractAction->__run()<br \/>\n#3 \/home\/adminhub\/public_html\/wcf\/lib\/system\/request\/Request.class.php(58): wcf\\action\\AJAXInvokeAction->__run()<br \/>\n#4 \/home\/adminhub\/public_html\/wcf\/lib\/system\/request\/RequestHandler.class.php(139): wcf\\system\\request\\Request->execute()<br \/>\n#5 \/home\/adminhub\/public_html\/acp\/index.php(10): wcf\\system\\request\\RequestHandler->handle('wbb', true)<br \/>\n#6 {main}","exceptionID":"67e8f0defa586a682c0a4b95b77e6c6f3ed5153a"}
I'm using this plugin
, could it be part of the problem?
-
can you look at the header section of the request ?
using chrome there are multiple subtabs when clicking on a request, interesting would be the first one and there the last few lines. -
I'm not seeing an option to look at the header section anywhere. Maybe I'm just overlooking it.
-
take a look at this picture

there was a 500 server error, you need to look into your server logs to see what happens.
