Installed a plugin and then removed it, Now I have leftover effect

I installed the "extended activity plug in so that users could reply direct from dashboard. From what I have researched it doesn't work.

I know ,,, I should have researched before I installed it

I have changed the ACP dashboard setting back to "recent activity" and made sure the "extended recent activity" was not in the list.

However I still have ghost buttons that say POST/LIKE at the end of each line.

Can someone help me to remove the ghost buttons?

PS.. I would like to actually use the feature but I could not find any help page associated with the plug-in

I apologize. I never noticed those before. You can delete my thread if you need to. I guess i should have looked more closely to the recent activity section before I applied the extended activity plugin...
