How many blog entries are displayed in sidebar for a month

I made a quite a few blog entries on my forum last month, 19 entries and noticed sidebar (for that month) when read an entry for it. The sidebar was getting pretty long with blog entries listed in it - see image below. Does the sidebar for a month use a cut off point (it only displays so many entries before it shows an expand more button). If it does not do, then it might be a good idea to limit sidebar for a month to 10 entries max displayed and then an expand button gets displayed to show more you need click. As the sidebar is running away in length for a month if you a lot of regular entries

When you say MAX 51. Does any one month only allow you to make 51 blog entries for it, is that what you're saying?
