Delete user groups with existing members

I would like to request the ability to delete a user group with members.

When you do this the following options for handling the members of that group would be excellent:

• Assign them to a different existing group
• Simply remove them from the group being deleted
• Notify them of removal from the group and/or re-assignment to new group (Via email option would be nice)
