Allow Bulk Processing of users to remove them from specified user groups if they are in them

I'd like to be able to bulk process users and remove them from user groups in the same way I can add them to groups using this tool.

In the future, please create different threads for different suggestions even if they are similar but not the same.

If you would have only mentioned bulk processing, I would have labeled this as "Implemented" + "4.2" but as there is a second suggestion, I cannot simply add that label
