URL Must be Left to Right (RTL Issue)

URL need to be left to right because its not okay to be RTL..Besides License types

First: License URL (File page)

Second: License types URL (Control Panel)

Third: License selection (Add file)

Fourth: Website URL (Add file)

However, URL must be always from LTR.. in filebase and other additions and at threads, posts, etc...
