Comment made to another comment not showing up in sidebar comments block

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not?

OK. I made a reply to a comment left in FileBase. I have latest comment block displayed in sidebar also.

I don't see my comment made to another comment being listed in sidebar block as a new comment.

As you can see though, only one comment is displayed in sidebar block

But on Dashboard Page (under recent activities) is does show that last comment.
