Time bug (RTL Issue)

There is a bug at the page of forum (Last Post Time). If you use English username, a bug will happen in displaying the time.

Time bug issue here is very important to be solved as its available in all pages and you can see it anywhere. So i hope you will fix it also the same as you fixed other issues.

This bug available in all areas of time when using English user name. I have seen it there even in last posts, sidebar, threads, members online...etc

That bug force to use Arabic names in order to avoid this bug..
