It's a bug in Chrome's rendering engine. Must be fixed by the Google developers.

I have test a code that solved the problem for this issue
CSS.boxHeadline h1 { margin-right: 6px; }After adding (margin-right), its okay.

It is actually a calculation/rendering bug, caused by the badge with display: inline-block; within the headline. In general inline-block causes a huge amount of different issues in Chrome when in RTL mode, or in layman terms: Chrome's RTL support isn't that great at all.
