No option to add center blocks with filebase

The Gallery lets you add center blocks, while Filbase doesn't let you. I can't see any reason why it shouldn't on that page, only sidebar blocks can be added. So have a feeling this is a bug and it should let you do it with center blocks. It spans from this I posted earlier about it.
