The first list includes only the last 3 months of history.

Well that is really inaccurate and makes no sense. Why on God's Green Earth would you do that?
It is misleading and it makes even some of your resources look as though they've been rated poorly.The first list includes only the last 3 months of history.
Further this would be VERY easy to abuse, because a troll could just dislike your resources and for 3 months your hard work would look very poorly.
