Change blog index page

Alright I did this on v2.0.x and was informed this would still be workable on 2.1.x

Change blog index page

The idea is to simple change the blog home page.

So rather than see this on my index
https://blog.woltlab.com/

I would see this
https://blog.woltlab.com/entry-list/

How does one do this in 2.1 ?
