Yes, RC2. Most people did testing by updating and re-upgrading. This brings to light somethings, but not everything.

Like for example, thus bug here was not a problem when upgrading
rc2 - cannot edit user groups

But on a fresh install it became a notable problem. So even though you're in 4.1 ... I'm still searching.
