divide thread - easy controls

It would really be nice if there was an easier way to divide a thread. There are moments when 1 topic may start to slide into another topic and it would be nice to move such post into their own thread and within a forum of your choice.

Currently the current option is not intuitive as one would expect to find the controls within the same thread you started to select post from and not be required yourself to navigate outside to find that option.

My suggestion is to add this option with all the other post options (shown in the screen shot), where it is currently missing.

1) This is something that I think really would do good in the core

2) If it isn't compatible with 4.1 / 2.1 ... It doesn't yet exist.
