This only affect the forum view here
    Test
ONLY the forum view (or if you prefer, outside the thread).

  • Special circumstances ....

The cause of this is the zoom function in Google Chrome. Anyone with a large display is going to have zoom on (or anyone with poor eyesight, such as the elderly).

This issue does not seem to affect Firefox, which is good.

It only seems to affect the forum view. Not the index or within the thread itself. This leads me to believe it can be addressed.

    • Official Post

It can and will be addressed, basically the issue is that the thread list is a native <table> which unfortunately follows it's own rules. We have some ideas to get around it and force the table to stay in line.

In related news, content overflowing or elements expanding to fit the content is actually the way HTML is intended to be, just by judging based upon the specs it's perfectly fine and exactly the way it should be. Forcing elements not to break the layout actually requires some work to be done. Funny isn't it? :)

There is a bit of irony in that, yes. lol
