Laugh smilie

I know we can add our own smilies. But it just seems odd that the default smilie package is missing this one. Its included in any and every smilie package you can find online. I'm sure this was just an oversight, but figured I'd toss it out there.

That's just a grin. A laugh would be something like this

I'm not suggesting they exactly use that one, but that should give you an example.
