Admin picture editing

Would like the ability to rotate a users picture. Users upload pictures upside down intermittently and the only way to fix them it's to delete them and reload. A rotate feature would be helpful.

The new version 2.1 will have already automatic rotate included.
If the information needed is not avialable a possibility to rotate is shown:
