Full animated gif support in responsive design

So I know WBB 4.0 supports both GD and imagemagick. I would like WBB 4.1 to do the same.

But I would also like the choice of having either a thumbnail or full view. The user should be able to to choose.

It would be nice if they had a choice, but I think primarily I'm talking about full animated gif loading in a responsive design.

This is an animated gif, but its not working here and I would need such things to actually work (play).

^ It also has been shrunken down in size. The image should not be resized, but rather be responsive. See my example (follow the link)

^ You notice on my example (see link), you can resize the browser and the image adjust accordingly.

This was implemented in 4.1
