Are you running nginx?
Please always access the test.php first, it would've shown that your nginx configuration is flawed and needs to be fixed.
I guess it would be smart if the installer forces to use the test.php before the installation is going to start.

Or, the install.php if executed first, automatically invokes test.php, maybe?
Or maybe install.php tests the server environment by itself, and automatically, so that the room for errors is further minimized? Just some suggestions to the devs. They can decide what to take and what to leave out
Yeah, the install.php should include the test.php and not continue if something went wrong.
same problem here and i emailed the hosting company "Godaddy" of my web hosting account and they told me the following :
