Prefetch next page

Hi,

As of Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft supports the prefetch page tag.

Since in the thread view you already have a meta tag for rel=next, would it be difficult to also add this prefetch tag?
You already have the variable and the next url defined.

I think it would greatly improve the loading speed-feeling for users if it's implemented.
