RTL issues

I've noticed that in Chrome (in IE 11 it seems to work well) the collpasibleButton (the button that toggles the sidebar) does not display properly when the document dir="rtl".
Also - the dropdowns on the top bar (like the ones of the notifications, moderation etc) don't popup as they should when the document dir="rtl" (both on IE & Chrome).

These are the major RTL issues right now.
I haven't tested them other browsers, but I hope that after you'll fix these issues it'll run smooth there, too.

This is a Chrome bug, the CSS is properly set but misinterpreted by the browser itself. You might want to report this to the Chrome devs, as we cannot fix this.

I have fixed the calculation, the dropdowns are now properly aware of RTL.

Since both German and English are LTR languages, we do not have proper test cases which would enable us to detect them ourselves. In case you encounter other issues related to RTL, please let us know so we can resolve them. Thank you for your help so far!
