Bring coloured names to posts, not just Who's Online

Currently users can have coloured usernames in the Who's Online list depending on rank, but I'd like for this to be moved to Posts as well, so users names are also based on rank in posts.

Maybe custom colours too, so users can purchase them as 'upgrades'.
