After timezone change, language changed

4.0.1 After changing my timezone (Was at UTC+1) to UTC (London) , language on board changed.

You have to click the Country Flag to make it change back.

I think this is a bug as it should not change language when you switch timezones. I can do this here too but not always.

I was not able to reproduce this, the language is left untouched regardless which timezone I pick. I have tried it for both languages set.
