unsubscribe error

I got an email notification of a message. I tried to unsubscribe using the link in the email. I got this message:

Fatal error: An error occured. Sorry.

The ID is worthless for us, but it allows you to search for the original error message through the ACP.

PS: You can never access the unsubscribe link of a different user
