Upload button while attaching

The upload button under the "Attachments" tab isn't acting like a button... when you hover your mouse over that button the cursor displayed is like the one that appears when you're on a textbox not the hand pointer that you expect when you pass your mouse over a button. This happens in Firefox.

That is well spoted. Probably designer just forgot to add a line into css
cursor: hand; cursor: pointer;

No, you mouse over a invisible input-field (it has `opacity: 0;`)

Also happens with the "Upload" button when uploading a new avatar.

I don't know why this was marked as "Bogus" when it's a current real problem...

Actually this isn't a real button, there's an input field with the same dimensions right below it. In fact you are not clicking on the button, but on the browser's file upload dialog. As with all browser elements, they tend to force a specific cursor, no matter what you do
