Upgrading from OLD Burning Board® Version 3.0.9 (Sunrise) to NEW and LATEST version

Hi,

I need to upgrade my current version of Burning board to the latest version and also renew my license. My last installation was in Feb 2008.

I can't seem to find out how to do this. Do I need to purchase a new Burning board software?

Some problems I have:
1. Updates don't work from the main admin page.
2. Update server is offline (http://community.woltlab.com/packages/)
