The style of the Metin2 Board is under copyrigight by the GameForge Productions GmbH. Look into the footer of the board:
"© 2008 Gameforge Productions GmbH". This style is not for free, and copying it would be against the law.If you want that style, you will have to ask the Gameforge, if they will sell it to you. but don't expect to be successfull - this is an exclusive stile and part of the identity created around that game.
You may want to create a style that looks similar, but you wont be able to get exactly that style.
