Color coding in User Groups

I've been trying to figure this out. I've seen it in other communities, and I know that it is possible.

<font color="#006600">I want to</font><font color="#D60000">></font>do something<font color="#9E0508">like this.</font></font>

Is it possible to use that with a user group? Like... make the user group multiple colors?
