Hello, i am a new member here. I have a question regrading building a site like http://forums.techarena.in/ in which i want different features like tagging options http://forums.techarena.in/tags/ & rss feeds http://forums.techarena.in/rss.php ,etc; by using which softwares? Can you guide me in the right direction. Thanks for all the comments

The requested features of you are available in WoltLab Burning Board 3.
RSS feeds are a default feature of the software, for tagging there is a plugin available in the WoltLab Community .
