REMOVE 4 step quote

Currently when I quote someone I must

• Select text
• Click tooltip
• Click quote tab (right side)
• Click all quotes

This is to much of a process[/i] and I thought this was going to be done away with in 4.1.

edit: This is true after you click the reply button. I often add things later or as I re-think things.

Because it does not[/b] work when you only[/b] wish to highlight (quote) part of the text.

It was somewhere in one of my many suggestions. Don't recall who or in which suggestion, but I do recall thinking.... thank god.

Really, this would drive me crazy; including others on my site.

it was not request, but rather a side comment in a request. It could have also been said on TAZ which @Alexander Ebert post on.

If not removed.... At least simplified.

I often add quotes after adding more, but as I go along. So the idea of always needing to go back and forth in that 3 step process would annoy the hell out of me.

In XF, I highlight the text, select the small tooltip, and its automatically added in the editor.

In WBB, I highlight the text, select the small tooltip, select quotes, select all quotes, and finally its in the editor.

So sadly, yes, this is easier in XF

Concerning the forums, that seems to be my only issues with WBB.

I'm more watchful on what WBB Blogs will hold (since my site is filled with bloggers).

After I have already click on the reply button for the editor, it would be nice if I could add more quotes.

1) Highlight text
2) Select tooltip

Done. Text is added automatically to editor. Thats how it works in XF.

Of course their tooltip includes both quote and multi - quote. You can select which you need in the moment.
