WoltLab Cloud JCoins: Thanks transfer for content (Filebase) 5.5.1

This product requires the base product JCoins.

Adds a JCoins transfer button to message footer of user contents (filebase files) to transfer JCoins to the creator as a thank you.

Adds the Thank You! button from the plugin Plugin JCoins: Thank You Transfer for content under filebase files.
