You know the problem: you want or need to reach a large number of your users simultaneously, but sending an email to them takes a very long time or is not possible at all due to technical limitations. Sending a conversation message to each individual user could solve the problem, but it requires a relatively high effort.
This extension for WoltLab Suite 5.4 and newer, provides a remedy!
It allows administrators to send conversations to multiple members using the "User bulk edit" located in the administration area. Thereby, several criteria for the list of recipients can be defined for sending conversations, analogous to the function "Send e-mail to users".
In comparison to the possibility of creating conversations in the front end, a sender can be selected for sending conversations via the user mass processing. The sender must be a registered user. If desired, the conversations can be closed immediately.
