Download problem

Howdy folks:
Every time I have attempted to download the WBB 4.0 Beta 6, I only get the message: "Could not connect to database."
I have only attempted this today, August 17/13,using the link in Alexander Ebert's post "Burning Board 4.0 Beta 6 Download," so maybe the
server is just down and I have very bad timing, or maybe this is a problem others have encountered. Any help would be appreciated.
