Aligning the button icons in the administration panel

This is a limitation of these kind of buttons in 5.5 and earlier. The misalignment is caused by the mixed usage of link elements and pure icons which behave differently due to the use of pseudo elements. We have revised these button groups by introducing proper button elements for non-link buttons, eventually solving the alignment issue of these mixed lists.
