Your UI seems weird, usually it looks like this:
And the buttons there are placed correctly.

Hmm I use Edge Mobile, but it is Safari after all on iOS.
The Checkbox is correctly centered to the text, so not sure if someone else can replicate this on another Android as well. -
On the computer in the mobile version. Also chrome browser.

This is difficult to fix with the current layout because checkboxes have different sizes depending on the operating system. In the medium term, a revision of the forms is planned, which should also solve this problem.
