Language - 'New Reply' Vs 'New reply' / 'New Comment' Vs 'New comment'

    I am not sure which is the correct spelling in english language. In any case some phrases need to be fixed...

    Changed the title of the thread from “Language - 'wcf.user.notification.articleComment.response.title.stacked'” to “Language - 'New Reply' Vs 'New reply' / 'New Replies' Vs 'New replies'”.
  • The same applies to the phrases for a 'new comment' or 'new comments'.
