Better flagging of new threads and posts

On the main page it's nice, there is an icon that there is a new post, but after entering the section there is only a slightly bold font. In my opinion, a new thread or post should be better marked, as I posted on the screen, an icon with the number of new posts as it is on the home page, or the use of some icon, a dot indicating a new thread.
